.. ~wC:djg-c 7/8/81 ORIGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 8 89 :3 JUL 1 3 1981 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PROPERTY KNOWN AS "HORGAN RANCH" WHEREAS, pursuant to Article XI of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City has initiated proceedings for the adoption of an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Redwood City relating to property known as "Horgan Ranch", and WHEREAS, following public hearing, said Commission has forwarded to this Council its recommendation that an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Redwood City be adopted In the form set forth in the map on file in the office of the Planning Director, entitled "Open Space to Low Density Residential," as recommended by said Commission at its meeting of June 2, 1981; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report (EIR 81-04) has been reviewed by this Council in connection with such proposed amendments; and WHEREAS, after due notice and public hearing, this Council finds that adoption of said proposed amendment "Open Space to Low Density Residential" is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That the Council of the City of Redwood City, after public hearing duly set, noticed and held, does hereby adopt the aforesaid amendment to the General Plan "Open Space to Low Density Residential," a co~y of which is on file in the office of the Planning Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof. * * * 8893
