RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8926 JUl 2 7 1981 RESOLUTION'APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF CEDAR PLACE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPT- ING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Cedar Place Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Edward W. Baca, for Hubert R. Huber, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works to be in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions:. 1. Baca, for Hubert R. Huber, <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works to be in conformity with the tentative map <br /> <br />for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions:. <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain <br />proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Cedar Place Subdivision," <br />wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct <br />and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />streets and other improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other street, sewer or other improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans <br />and specifications for the improvement of Cedar Place Sub- ' <br />division on file in the office of the Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish <br />to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, secur- <br />ing the faithful performance by said owner or subdivider of <br />all work and the construction of all improvements designated <br />or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein <br />specified, the amount of said security to be Fourteen Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Fifty and No/IOO Dollars ($14,950.00) and also <br />a good a sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />City Attorney securing the payment by said owner or subdivider <br />of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the const- <br />ruction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of <br />all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owner <br />or subdivider, the amount of said security to be Fourteen <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and No/lOO Dollars (14,950.00). <br /> <br />8926 <br />
