CGM:mf 10/27/81 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8999 ORIGINAL NOV 2 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF WOODLAND OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Woodland Office Park Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates, Civil Engineers, for William W. Crowell and Elenore H. Crowell, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Woodland Office Park Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and other improvements required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specification~ for the improvement of Woodland Office Park Subdivision on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by said owners or subdividers of all work and the construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, the amount of said security to be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($250,000.00) and also a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any and all said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed to be done by the said owners or subdividers, the amount of said security to be Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/lOO Dollars ($250,000.00). 8999 ~"
