<br />SWC:djg-c 1/7/82 <br /> <br />OmGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 9032 <br /> <br />JAN 11 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEHENT <br />(BAIR ISLAND ROAD - PG&E, PT&T) IN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (coITmencing <br /> <br />at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9029, adopted December 21, 1981, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service <br /> <br />easement over a portion of Bair Island Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described portion <br /> <br />of the abovementioned street has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />public service easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public service easement vacated is described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A PORTION of that certain public utility easement and <br />proposed private ingress-egress easement lying within <br />Parcel 3 as said Parcel 3 is shown on that certain <br />Parcel Hap No. 79-10, recorded in Colume 48 of Parcel <br />Maps at Page 26 and Page 27, Records of San Hateo County, <br />California, said easements being also shown as a portion <br />of Parcel A of that certain Parcel Map No. 80-4, recorded <br />in Volume 49 of Parcel Maps at Page 75, Records of San <br />Mateo County, California, said portion being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Parcel D as shown <br />on said Parcel Map No. 80-4; thence from said point of <br /> <br />9 O~~ 3 <br />
