SWC:djg-c 1/7/82 OmGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 9032 JAN 11 1982 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEHENT (BAIR ISLAND ROAD - PG&E, PT&T) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (coITmencing at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its Resolution No. 9029, adopted December 21, 1981, declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service easement over a portion of Bair Island Road; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described portion of the abovementioned street has been published and posted; and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said public service easement vacated. 2. The public service easement vacated is described as follows: A PORTION of that certain public utility easement and proposed private ingress-egress easement lying within Parcel 3 as said Parcel 3 is shown on that certain Parcel Hap No. 79-10, recorded in Colume 48 of Parcel Maps at Page 26 and Page 27, Records of San Hateo County, California, said easements being also shown as a portion of Parcel A of that certain Parcel Map No. 80-4, recorded in Volume 49 of Parcel Maps at Page 75, Records of San Mateo County, California, said portion being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Parcel D as shown on said Parcel Map No. 80-4; thence from said point of 9 O~~ 3
