<br />CGM:mf 1/7/82 <br /> <br />9035 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 11 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE HOOVER <br />SCHOOL PARK SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert landscaping <br /> <br />services in connection with landscaping improvements at the Hoover <br /> <br />School Park Site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SINGER and HODGES has represented to the City that <br /> <br />it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the <br /> <br />services referred to aforesaid; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and SINGER <br /> <br />AND HODGES, for the performance of the aforesaid landscape <br /> <br />architectural services, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to approve said contract and authorized its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" form dated <br /> <br />1/7/82) by and between the City of Redwood City and SINGER AND <br /> <br />HODGES, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9035 <br />
