Q ~ ~ Q. 9 05 4 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 8 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACI' FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br />COPYING MACHINE; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />~VHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article VII of Chapter <br /> <br />2 of the Redwcxxi City Code, the City Manager has solicited bids for the <br /> <br />furnishing of a copying machine for the Police DepartIrent of City to <br /> <br />be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed <br /> <br />with the Director of Finance for the furnishing of said equiprrent; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, OFFICE SYSTEMS, INC. (TAYIDR MADE), Concord, <br /> <br />California is the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of <br /> <br />said equiprrent, and it is the intention of this Council to award said <br /> <br />bid to OFFICE SYSTEMS, INC. (TAYIDR MADE) ; <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RID\a)[) CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOI..I..a'lS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of OFFICE SYSTEMS, INC. (TAYlDR MADE), in the <br /> <br />total lump sum arrount of Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-three and <br /> <br />03/100 Dollars ($9,673.03) for the furnishing of a copy machine for <br /> <br />the Police Departrrent, in accordance with the bidder's proposal, <br /> <br />dated January 8, 1982, in accordance with the specifications therefor <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Director of Finance, is hereby accepted <br /> <br />and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equiprrent. <br /> <br />9 054 <br />
