<br />~WC:djg-c 2/16/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEB 22 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 05 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR REPAIRS <br />TO CHEMICAL WAY STOP~ DRAIN SYSTEM; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />~mEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for repairs to the storm drain system <br /> <br />In the vicinity of Chemical Way in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for repairs to the <br /> <br />Chemical Way storm drain system; <br /> <br />Nmv, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, entitled "Chemical Way Storm Drainage <br /> <br />System Repairs for the City of Redwood City - San Mateo County, <br /> <br />California" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
