<br />~GM:djg-c 3/15/82 <br /> <br />ORIG/N/~L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~Q.9075 <br /> <br />MAR 2 2 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 8938, ESTABLISHING SALARY AND WAGE PLAN <br />FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS RELATING <br />TO MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL ASSIGNMENTS AND <br />CERTAIN DESIGNATED OFFICERS, TO PROVIDE FOR <br />COMPENSATION OF PARKS AND RECREATION SUPERINTENDENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLm'lS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit "A" of Resolution 8938, entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee <br /> <br />Classifications Relating to Management and Confidential <br /> <br />Assignments, and Certain Designated Officers, and Rescinding <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8876," adopted August 10, 1981, as amended, is <br /> <br />hereby amended and replaced by Exhibit "A" (dated as of March <br /> <br />18, 1982) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, to provide a compensation schedule for the position <br /> <br />of Parks and Recreation Superintendent. <br /> <br />2. Except as amended hereby, all provisions of said <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8938, as amended, shall remain in full force <br /> <br />and effect. <br /> <br />3.
