That certain lease agreement entitlErl "Lease Agreement - <br /> <br />910 Main Street," ani those certain bid documents relative thereto <br /> <br />(fom dated 4/19/82) consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, and Proposal, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby nade for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
