<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />911 8 <br /> <br />CGM:mf 5/13/82 <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 1 7 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR MAINTENANCE <br />OF WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM FISCAL YEAR 1982-83, IN <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for maintenance of the Water Telemetry System <br /> <br />for fiscal year 1982-83 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Special provisions <br /> <br />for Maintenance for Water Telemetry System, 1982-83 Fiscal Year, <br /> <br />City of Redwood City," on file in the office of the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in <br /> <br />the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in <br /> <br />the abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9118 <br />
