<br />SWC:mf 5/17/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 12 5 <br /> <br />MAY 24 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR HAWES <br />PARK AND RED MORTON (DICKEY STREET) PARKING LOT <br />IMPROVEMENTS (SANDIS & ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires preliminary <br /> <br />engineering and design for Hawes Park and Red Morton (Dickey <br /> <br />Street) parking lot improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sandis and Associates, Inc., has represented to <br /> <br />the city that it is experienced and qualified to perform all <br /> <br />of the services referred to in the proposed agreement: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Sandis and Associates, Inc., (form dated 5/14/82) a <br /> <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference herein, is hereby approved; and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9125 <br />
