Hl2-7 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE FURNISHING MAY 2 4 1982 <br />OF STREET MAINTENANCE MATERIALS FOR 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR <br />- SAND, AGGREGATE, PEA GRAVEL, GRANITE CHIPS, CEMENT <br />AND CONCRETE; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />for the Department of Public Works for Fiscal Year 1982-83; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of such materials for the Department of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, entitled "Bid Documents for Purchase of Water and <br /> <br />Street Departments Selected Materials - 1982-83 Fiscal Year - <br /> <br />Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel, Granite Chips, Cement and Concrete - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of street maintenance materials <br /> <br />as called for in the aforementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~127 <br />
