<br />CGM:djg-c 6/2/82 <br /> <br />OR\G\Nf.\L <br />JUN 7 1~8Z <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9137 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR LEASE OF LAND AND IMPROVEMENTS <br />AT 910 MAIN STREET; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT FOR SAID PREMISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9107, adopted May 3, 1982, <br /> <br />the City Clerk called for bids for the lease of land and improve- <br /> <br />ments at 910 Main Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for the <br /> <br />lease of the said premises and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nannette Barick Hinch, dba Hodge Podge, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to award said bid to said Nannette Barich <br /> <br />Hinch, dba Hodge Podge; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Nannette Barich Hinch, dba Hodge Podge, in the <br /> <br />total amount of Twenty-four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-eight and <br /> <br />No/100 Dollars ($24,288.00), computed in accordance with bidder's <br /> <br />proposal dated May 26, 1982, for the lease of the premises according <br /> <br />to those certain bid documents and lease agreement entitled "Lease <br /> <br />Agreement - 910 Main Street," (form dated 6/2/82R) is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter <br /> <br />into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain <br /> <br />lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement - 910 Main Street" by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and Nannette Barich Hinch, dba <br /> <br />Hodge Podge, for the lease of said premises in accordance with the <br /> <br />9137 <br />
