<br />CGM:djg-c 6/17/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 2 1 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9145 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public <br /> <br />auction for the sale of certain City-owned personal property; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, <br /> <br />this Council an agreement for expert personal services for <br /> <br />conducting said auction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement - Auction <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 6/17/82), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Alman & Alman Auctioneers, San Jose, Calif- <br /> <br />ornia, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on be- <br /> <br />half of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9145 <br />
