<br />SWC:djg-c 7/19/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.9.l..6.-4 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br />JUl26 198Z <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BID DOCUMENTS <br />FOR CITY- OWNED LAND, BEING LOTS 3, 4, 5, AND 6 OF <br />BLOCK 2 OF THE HOMESTEAD ADDITION, EXCLUDING THE WEST <br />NORTHWESTERLY 30 FEET; AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents relating to the lease of certain <br /> <br />City-owned property located in the vicinity of the Greenhouse <br /> <br />Gardens subdivision, and more particularly described on <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" of the Lease Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned lease agreement and bid documents <br /> <br />and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the lease of <br /> <br />the said leased premises; <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain lease agreement entitled "Lease <br /> <br />Agreement" (form dated <br /> <br />) consisting of Notice to Bidders, <br /> <br />Instructions to Bidders, and Proposal, a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises described in <br /> <br />the lease agreement in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> <br />Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9164 <br />
