<br />r.GM:djg-c 8/19/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9193 <br /> <br />01?IGINAL' <br />AUG :G 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br />OF LANDSCAPING OF MEDIAN STRIPS FOR MISCELLANEOUS PUBLIC <br />STREETS IN REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores, Inc., and The <br /> <br />Shores Business Center Association desire to provide for the <br /> <br />design, construction, and permanent maintenance of landscaping <br /> <br />within the landscape median strips for miscellaneous public <br /> <br />streets (portions of Twin Dolphin Drive, Lagoon Drive, <br /> <br />Cormornat Drive and Redwood Shores Parkway) in the Redwood <br /> <br />Shores area of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council <br /> <br />for its approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />ACTING FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Median Landscaping Agree- <br /> <br />ment" between the City of Redwood City, Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood Shores. Inc. and The <br /> <br />Shores Business Center for the landscaping of median strips on <br /> <br />the abovedescribed streets, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particualrs thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the Redwood City General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-64. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~193 <br />
