<br />CC ljg-c 8/18/82 <br /> <br />Or\\G\NP\L <br /> <br />AUG 2 3 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. _~JL1- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />TENNIS COURT RESURFACING - RED MORTON CO~~UNITY <br />PARK AND MEZES PARK; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Tennis Court Resurfacing - Red <br /> <br />Morton Community Park and Mezes Park in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />improvement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Tennis Court Resurfacing - <br /> <br />Red Morton Community Park and Mezes Park," and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Tennis Court Resurfacing - Red Morton <br /> <br />Community Park and Mezes Park," prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the city <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
