<br />CGM:mf 8/30/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9209 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 1 3 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />CITY OF SAN CARLOS FOR THE REMOVAL OF SAND AND <br />GRAVEL IN CORDILLERAS CREEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the City of San Carlos <br /> <br />wish to remove amounts of sand and gravel caused by the storm in <br /> <br />January, 1982 beneath and adjacent to the bridges and culverts <br /> <br />on Cordilleras Creek, between El Camino Real and Industrial <br /> <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council to <br /> <br />provide for the removal of such excess deposits of sand and gravel <br /> <br />from Cordilleras Creek and it is the intention of this Council to <br /> <br />approve such agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Cordilleras Creek <br /> <br />Maintenance)" (form dated 8/30/82), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the City of San Carlos, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the argeement approved <br /> <br />herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9209 <br />
