<br />CGM:mf 9/3/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9226 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 2 0 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT FOR 1981-82; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the water main replacement project <br /> <br />for 1981-82 fiscal year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> <br />and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for this water <br /> <br />main replacement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those plans entitled "Water Main Replacement Project <br /> <br />for 1981-82, Redwood City, California," and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Special provisions for the Water Main <br /> <br />Replacement Project for 1981-82 - Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />prepared in the office of the Director of Public Works, and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the water main replacement project as called <br /> <br />for in the aforementioned plans and specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9226 <br />
