<br />C~M:djg-c 9/23/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />SEP 2 7 1982 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9232 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE PUBLIC SERVICE <br />EASEMENT (WALKWAY) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING <br />ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE <br />PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE <br />OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public service easement in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, heretofore dedicated as a walkway (vicinity of 3700 block <br /> <br />of Farm Hill Boulevard and Country Club Drive), is not needed <br /> <br />for present or prospective public service purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said public service easement pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />a public service easement (walkway) in the vicinity of 3700 block <br /> <br />of Farm Hill Boulevard and Country Club Drive, as hereinafter <br /> <br />described, and elects to proceed with such vacation pursuant to <br /> <br />the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section <br /> <br />8300) of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />2.
