<br />CGM:djg-c 9/22/82 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9236 <br /> <br />SEP 2 7 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF SPACE IN CERTAIN CITY- <br />OWNED PROPERTY (CENTRAL FIRE STATION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 911 EMERGENCY SERVICE, INC., pursuant to agreement <br /> <br />with the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, will be providing, commencing <br /> <br />October 1, 1982, paramedic and ambulance services to County of <br /> <br />San Mateo; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council recognizes the benefit the aforesaid <br /> <br />services will provide to the health and welfare of the citizens <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable, in order that the aforesaid <br /> <br />services may be provided quickly and efficiently, to the citizens <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, for 911 EMERGENCY SERVICE, INC. to <br /> <br />house certain of its equipment and personnel in immediate <br /> <br />proximity to fire-fighting facilities in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 911 EMERGENCY SERVICE, INC. has requested per- <br /> <br />mission to occupy certain fire-fighting facilities owned by the <br /> <br />City for the aforesaid purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a revocable permit has been presented to this <br /> <br />Council permitting such occupation by 911 EMERGENCY SERVICE, <br /> <br />INC., of certain fire-fighting facilities owned by the City and <br /> <br />this Council desires to approve and authorize the execution of <br /> <br />said permit; <br /> <br />923 6 <br />
