CGM:djg-c 10/11/82 ORIGINAL OCT 2 5 1982 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9251 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 81-9 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 81-9 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Jack Mahoney, Civil Engineer, for Tom Sudano, Joan Sudano, Ernest Polati, Jacquelyne Polati, Tom Dailey and Lesley Dailey, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. That, before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in .. the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Parcel Map No. 81-9 Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all streets and other improvements required of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements desig- nated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the 9251
