<br />CGM:mf 10/21/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9252 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br />OCT 2 5 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY ON <br />OR ALONG HILLCREST WAY IN THE VICINITY OF SUNSET WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivision Committee on June 17, 1981, <br /> <br />conditionally approved the application of Tom J. Sudano, et ale for <br /> <br />subdivision of certain real property therein described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the conditions imposed by the Subdivision <br /> <br />Committee in approving the above subdivision provided that the above <br /> <br />named Subdividers entered into an improvement agreement with the City <br /> <br />for the construction of such future street improvements as may be <br /> <br />required by the City in the vicinity of the Subdividers' property <br /> <br />along Hillcrest Way in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said improvement agreement <br /> <br />and desires to approve and authorize execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Tom J. Sudano, et al. entitled "Agreement" (form dated 10/21/82), <br /> <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
