<br />CGM:mf 10/28/82 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 25 8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 1 1982 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF EXECUTIVE <br />GUILD REDWOOD BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Executive Guild Redwood Business Park <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, <br /> <br />Foulk & Associates for Guildhouse Development Corporation, a <br /> <br />California corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in <br /> <br />conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed <br />subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of <br />Executive Guild Redwood Business Park Subdivision," in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by City, whereby <br />subdivider agrees to construct and complete, in the time <br />specified in this agreement, all streets and other <br />improvements required of owner or subdivider under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth <br />in the plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Executive Guild Redwood Business Park Subdivision on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance of said owner or <br />subdivider of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement, <br /> <br />9258 <br />
