<br />CGM:mf 2/22/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9314 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />FEe 2 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AGENT FOR PURPOSES OF DISASTER <br />RELIEF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the requirements of the Disaster Relief Act <br /> <br />(P. L. 288, 93rd Congress), and with the rules and regulations <br /> <br />of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, this Council does <br /> <br />hereby adopt that required form resolution labeled "Designation <br /> <br />of Applicant's Agent," a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference; and does further designate <br /> <br />the City Manager and the Director of Finance as agents of the <br /> <br />city of Redwood City for the purpose of obtaining federal <br /> <br />financial assistance available pursuant to the Disaster Relief <br /> <br />Act. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9314 <br />
