<br />Dl<'S:djg-c <br />3:djg-c <br /> <br />3/28/83 <br />3/28/83R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9322 <br /> <br />MAR 2 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AUCTION BID FOR SALE OF PARCEL OF <br />CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY ON EAST BAYSHORE ROAD IN THE <br />VICINITY OF SEAPORT BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9292, adopted January 24, <br /> <br />1983, this Council determined that the two parcels of City-owned <br /> <br />real property described therein are not needed for present or pro- <br /> <br />spective municipal public purposes, and authorized the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise the sale thereof and call for bids therefor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Assessor has, in accordance with Section <br /> <br />3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, appraised each <br /> <br />of said parcels and determined their current market value, and <br /> <br />this Council has established a minimum acceptable bid equal to or <br /> <br />exceeding ninety percent (90%) of the appraised value of said <br /> <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call for bids and notice of sale <br /> <br />therefor, sealed bids were received for that certain parcel <br /> <br />identified as Parcel No. 1 (A.P.N. 054-030-010), in the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid documents, which parcel is located on East <br /> <br />Bayshore Road in the vicinity of Seaport Boulevard in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, further pursuant to said call for bids this Council <br /> <br />did, on March 28, 1982 conduct a public auction for the sale of <br /> <br />the aforesaid parcel, with the minimum bid at auction established <br /> <br />{J (t; ~ <br />v ~__,;" (~,., .~ <br />
