<br />SWC:djg <br /> <br />4/14/83 <br /> <br />Or.?U'"\ I rlf II I <br />~dul!~i.tl... <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9334 <br /> <br />APR 1 8 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR <br />ROOF REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT - FIRE STATION <br />NO.1; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council <br /> <br />certain special provisions for Roof Removal and Replacement - <br /> <br />Fire Station No. 1 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the city Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />such project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain special provisions entitled "Special <br /> <br />provisions for the Redwood City's Fire Station #1 - 1044 <br /> <br />Middlefield Rd. - Roof Removal and Replacement - 1983-84 - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California," prepared in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of General Services and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, and the office of the Building Maintenance <br /> <br />Supervisor are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
