<br />cr;M:rb <br />..1: rb <br /> <br />7/06/83 <br />7/08/83R <br /> <br />ORtGINPIL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9388 <br /> <br />JUL 11 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER <br />TRANSMISSION MAIN - TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE - PHASE V; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the Water Transmission Main - Twin <br /> <br />Dolphin Drive - Phase V in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />improvement project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Twin Dolphin Drive - Phase <br /> <br />V - Water Transmission Main," and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Contract Documents and Technical Specifications for <br /> <br />Water Transmission Main - Twin Dolphin Drive - Phase V," prepared <br /> <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works and on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids as called for in the abovementioned plans and <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9388 <br />
