<br />swr ijg-c 7/15/83 <br /> <br />0"?I~lNAL <br />\..J.,.u <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9393 <br /> <br />JUl 2 5 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND CITY OF SAN <br />CARLOS FOR CORDILLERAS CREEK ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement whereby the Cities of Redwood City and San Carlos, <br /> <br />and the County of San Mateo will share in the cost of an <br /> <br />engineering study of Cordilleras Creek, for purposes of future <br /> <br />flood control; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said agreement, <br /> <br />and to authorize the execution thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement (Cordilleras <br /> <br />Creek Engineering Study)"by and among the County of San Mateo <br /> <br />and the Cities of Redwood City and San Carlos, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk; to which <br /> <br />copy referenced is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the city of Redwood <br /> <br />city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />tJ q Uq <br />v \.) -...1 ?,_.:-..~ <br />
