<br />SWC:C" <-c 9/12/83 <br /> <br />OR!GINAL <br />SEP I 9 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. <br /> <br />9442 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF ROAD ROLLER; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the furnishing of one 3-5 ton road roller; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />furnishing of such equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the Director of General Services and on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood City - vibratory <br /> <br />Road Roller Specification - One 3-5 Ton Road Roller", are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
