<br />r.GM:rb 9/20/83 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9449 <br /> <br />ORIGI NAl <br />SEP 26 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SMALL <br />BOAT MARINA BUSINESS PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Bank has requested of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City that it be permitted to conduct a commercial small <br /> <br />boat marina business on certain real property owned by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is desirous of granting a revocable <br /> <br />encroachment permit to Wells Fargo Bank for the abovementioned <br /> <br />reason and subject to the conditions contained therein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable encroachment permit entitled <br /> <br />"Revocable Permit for Redwood Creek Property" (form dated <br /> <br />8/23/83R), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and Wells Fargo Bank, a <br /> <br />copy of which permit is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9449 <br />
