COOK FOR WATER MAIN EXTENSION CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, pursuant to Section 15(b) <br /> <br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water Department, <br /> <br />has established a policy for reimbursement of water main extension <br /> <br />construction costs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William G. Cook desires to enter into an agreement <br /> <br />with the City in order to obtain a partial reimbursement for <br /> <br />construction costs he has expended in connection with a water main <br /> <br />extension on Oak Park Way; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and William G. Cook, entitled "Agreement (Water Main <br /> <br />Extension - Oak Park Way)", a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9455 <br />
