<br />SWC:rb 10/07/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i2.li5..B. <br /> <br />OCT 1 0 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS FOR GRADING <br />OF CORDILLERAS HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 4 SUBDIVISION; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF GRADING AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Grading Plan for <br /> <br />Cordilleras Heights Unit No.4 Subdivision", are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans according to which grading and related <br /> <br />improvements, pursuant to Use Permit No. U 10124-3, shall be <br /> <br />done. <br /> <br />2. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the owners of said subdivision, entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for the Grading of Cordilleras Heights Unit No. 4 <br /> <br />Subdivision", a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />:l r,',: 8 <br />."'-. f'.f <br />
