OCT 24 1983 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9465 ORiGINAL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SHORES CENTER UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain final map of Shores Center Unit No. 2 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, Faulk & Associates for Redwood Shores, Inc., a California corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works being in conformity

<br />OCT 24 1983 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />9465 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SHORES <br />CENTER UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />AND CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Shores Center Unit No. 2 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City prepared by Brian, Kangas, <br /> <br />Faulk & Associates for Redwood Shores, Inc., a California <br /> <br />corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity <br /> <br />with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject <br /> <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the final plans and specifications for <br />such subdivision, as hereinafter referred to, and all <br />other related documents and submissions for such <br />subdivision, shall have been finally approved by and <br />filed in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the form and content of the <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement for such subdivision, <br />hereinafter referred to, shall have been approved by <br />the Director of Public Works and the City Attorney and <br />filed in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />3. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute a subdivision <br />agreement in form and content to be approved by the <br />Director of Public Works and the City Attorney and <br />filed in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />"Agreement for the Improvement of Shores Center Unit <br />No. 2 Subdivision," in consideration of the approval of <br />said map by City, whereby subdivider agrees to <br />construct and complete, in the time specified in such <br />agreement, all streets and other improvements required <br />of owner or subdivider under the provisions of Chapter <br />30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br />subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />street, sewer or other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Shores <br />Center Unit No. 2 Subdivision as such plans and <br />specifications are finally approved by and filed in the <br />office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />9465 <br />
