<br />SWC:djg-c <br />::djg-c <br /> <br />11/4/83 <br />ll/4/83R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9467 <br /> <br />NOV <br /> <br />7 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS <br />(VETERANS BOULEVARD) IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS <br />AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing <br /> <br />at ~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9459, adopted October 10, 1983, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service <br /> <br />easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public <br /> <br />service easements has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easements are unnecessary <br /> <br />for present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easements vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public service easements vacated are described on the <br /> <br />plats attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, <br /> <br />entitled IIMap Showing Proposed Easement Relinquishment From Parcel <br /> <br />9467 <br />
