<br />SWC:djg-c 1/18/84 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9512 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 23 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />WITH PARAGON GROUP REGARDING MAINTENANCE OF SLOPE AND WATER <br />QUALITY OF LAGOON FRONTAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragon Group will be purchasing land known as One <br /> <br />and Three Lagoon Drive in the Redwood Shores Area of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, hereinafter referred to as "the Development", and <br /> <br />will, at the time of any construction thereon, be the owner of <br /> <br />said land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragon Group has requested, and City's Planning <br /> <br />Commission has approved a Planned Development Permit for the <br /> <br />above mentioned property, subject to certain conditions (PDP No. <br /> <br />10312-3, approved October 18, 1983); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the conditions of approval of the above <br /> <br />mentioned Planned Development Permit, as set forth in the <br /> <br />communication of October 12, 1983, from the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works to the Planning Director, was the following: "The <br /> <br />developer shall maintain the slope and water quality along the <br /> <br />lagoon frontage of the development and enter into an agreement <br /> <br />with the City for the maintenance of the slope and water quality <br /> <br />[of the lagoon] as directed by the City of Redwood City" <br /> <br />(item 9); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment in fulfillment of the aforesaid condition, and it is the <br /> <br />intent of this Council to approve said agreement and to authorize <br /> <br />its execution; <br /> <br />9512 <br />
