<br />DCB:rks 6/04/84 <br /> <br />JUN 11 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~c.. <br />N O. tJ 9 S <br /> <br />OR. !,.0l 'I'.' f\L <br />\l~ j ti-\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS <br />ASPHALT CONCRETE MATERIALS 1984-85; <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />FOR PURCHASE OF <br />AND AUTHORIZING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for purchase of asphalt concrete materials, <br /> <br />1984-85, in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and to authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for <br /> <br />said project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Technical <br /> <br />Specifications for the Purchase by Water and Street Division of <br /> <br />Selected Materials Fiscal Year 1984-85 <br /> <br />Asphalt Concrete <br /> <br />Redwood City, California" are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
