<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9049 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 2 3 1984 <br />INC. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH POLICE YOUTH CLUB OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Police Youth Club of Redwood City, California, Inc., has <br /> <br />been established for the principal purpose of providing recreational <br /> <br />and educational activities for youth in Redwood City. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Police Youth Club of Redwood City, California, Inc. <br /> <br />has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1984 and ending <br /> <br />June 30, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br />desires to pay Police Youth Club of Redwood City, California, Inc. <br />the sum of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty and No/I00 Dollars <br /> <br />($9,360.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Police Youth Club of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, Inc., and it is the intention and desire of <br />this Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 6/27/84), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City and Police Youth Club of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for .and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />9649 <br />
