<br />DCB:sh 11/8/84 <br /> <br />O~!G1NAl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 9 734 <br /> <br />NOV 1 2 1984 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEED <br />OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has requested a <br /> <br />realignment of electrical transmission line which extends between <br /> <br />Jefferson Avenue and Farm Hill Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the realignment of said transmission line requires <br /> <br />an easement over land owned by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a deed of easement for such purpose has been <br /> <br />presented to and received by this Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain deed of easement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood, grantor, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, grantee, <br /> <br />a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said deed of <br /> <br />easement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City in form <br /> <br />approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9734 <br />
