<br />DCB:sh 11/16/84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl <br /> <br />9743 <br /> <br />NQV 2 6 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />-------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />STIPULATED JUDGMENT <br />AGREEMENT RELATED TO <br />CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />AND AUTHORIZING <br />AND CONVERSION <br />PACIFIC GAS <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF <br />AND CONTACT <br />AND ELECTRIC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City on June 21, 1983 initiated <br /> <br />condemnation proceedings against Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br /> <br />(City of Redwood City ~ Pacific Gas and Electric Company, San <br /> <br />Mateo Superior Court No. 275765) in order to obtain ownership of <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />street <br /> <br />lighting <br /> <br />facilities <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />appurtenances <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />and associated conversion and contact agreement; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both parties have reviewed said stipulated jUdgment <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />That certain Stipulated Judgment and Conversion and Contact <br /> <br />Agreement, in the aforementioned litigation, a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute, deliver, and perform the said agreement in all respects. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 743 <br />
