<br />DCB:sh 10/31/85 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />NOV 4 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1 0 05 7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH TRI-STATE ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR PUBLIC <br />WORKS INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE SEAPORT BOULEVARD <br />LANDSCAPING PROJECT AND ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires public works inspection services in <br /> <br />connection with the landscaping of Seaport Boulevard Project; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City also requires public works inspection services <br /> <br />for Seaport Boulevard Landscaping Assessment District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tri-State Engineering Company represents that it is <br /> <br />qualified to furnish such inspection services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, II Agreement <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Public Works Contract Administration and Inspection Services - <br /> <br />Seaport Boulevard Landscaping Project and Assessment District, II <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City and Tri-State Engineering <br /> <br />Company, for the public works inspection services for landscaping <br /> <br />of Seaport Boulevard in the total contract sum of Thirty Thousand <br /> <br />and 00/100 Dollars ($30,000.00), a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which agreement <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />100511 <br />
