<br />SWC:sh 12/11/85 <br /> <br />ORIGl NAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10095 <br /> <br />DEe 1 6 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF BEACON <br />SHORES UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Beacon Shores Unit No. 2 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, Foulk & Associates, Civil Engineers, for J.D.O. Company, <br /> <br />a California corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in <br /> <br />conformity with the tentative map for this subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain <br />proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of Beacon Shores Unit No. 2 Subdivision," wherein the <br />owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by the City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete, in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />streets and other improvements required of owner under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other street, sewer or other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement <br />and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for <br />the improvement of Beacon Shores Unit No. 2 Subdivision <br />on file in the office of the DIrector of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk a good and <br />sufficient security in a form to be approved by the <br />Ci ty Attorney, securing the faithful performance by <br />said owner or subdivider of all work and the <br />construction of all improvements designated or <br /> <br />10095 <br />
