<br />75-306 <br /> <br />WMAM:PDA:rb 12/05/85 17c <br /> <br />ORiGiNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />101U3 <br /> <br />DEe 1 9 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS <br /> <br />SEAPORT CENTRE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, this Council determined to issue serial bonds to <br /> <br />represent unpaid assessments in proceedings conducted under and pursuant <br /> <br />to its Resolution of Intention No. 10072, adopted on November 18, 1985; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received a written offer for the <br /> <br />purchase of the bonds to represent said unpaid assessments, and, in the <br /> <br />opinion of this Council, the best interests of the assessment district <br /> <br /> <br />will not be served by soliciting additional offers therefor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THIS COUNCIL HEREBY ORDERS, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the sale of said bonds is hereby awarded to Rauscher Pierce <br /> <br /> <br />Refsnes, Inc. , subject to all of the terms and condi tions set <br />forth in said written offer for the purchase of the bonds. <br />2.
