<br />DCB:sh <br />DCB: sh <br /> <br />1/03/85 <br />1/07/85R <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9764 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JAN 7 19M- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE NON ACCESS <br />RESTRICTION OVER A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (TWIN <br />DOLPHIN DRIVE) IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; <br />SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS <br />INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; <br />AND ORDERING POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED <br />VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a non access restriction adjacent to a portion of a <br /> <br />public street (Twin Dolphin Drive) in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />heretofore relinquished and dedicated to the City adjacent to <br /> <br />such public street, is no longer needed to restrict access along <br /> <br />such street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said non access restriction along a portion of Twin <br /> <br />Dolphin Drive pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br /> <br />(commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br /> <br />a non access restriction along a portion of Twin Dolphin Drive as <br /> <br />such restriction is hereinafter described, and elects to proceed <br /> <br />with such vacation pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of <br /> <br />Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code. <br /> <br />9764 <br />
