B 2 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT AND A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (HELLER STREET) IN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION <br />9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 9801, adopted February 4, 1985, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described emergency access <br /> <br />easement and a portion of Heller Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the abovementioned <br /> <br />emergency access and street has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described emergency access easement and a portion of <br /> <br />Heller Street are unnecessary for present or prospective public <br /> <br />purposes and hereby orders said emergency access easement and the <br /> <br />portion of Heller Street vacated. <br /> <br />2. The emergency access easement and the portion of Heller <br /> <br />Street to be vacated are more particularly described in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference. <br /> <br />9 006. <br />\.:i ' <br />
