<br />DCB:sh 2/l2/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9812 <br /> <br />ORIGl NAL <br />FEB 2 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR SEAPORT <br />BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 9508, adopted January 23, <br /> <br />1984, this City requested the State of California to transfer to <br /> <br />the City certain real property described in Exhibit "A" attached <br /> <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2864, adopted January 24, 1985, <br /> <br />the State of California Transportation Commission has agreed to <br /> <br />transfer said real property which is a part of the Seaport <br /> <br />Boulevard Improvement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City accepts said real property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City accepts said real property <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A" and the City Manager is authorized to <br /> <br />execute any documents necessary to accept the real property <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9812 <br />
