<br />S' ;djg-c 2/2l/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9813 <br /> <br />ORIGi:JAL <br />FEB 2 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR GROUP MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL SERVICES FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and Bay Pacific <br /> <br />Health Plan, a non-profit corporation, for the vision of <br /> <br />professional medical benefits and hospital services for the <br /> <br />employees of the City of Redwood City, and it is the intention <br /> <br />and desire of this Council to approve said agreement and to <br /> <br />authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOVJS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Group Medical Plan Hospital <br /> <br />Service Agreement", including the basic health plan benefits with <br /> <br />prescription drug benefit, by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Bay Pacific Health Plan, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 813 <br />
