CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; ANO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR TaE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID CONDOMINIUMS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, 1. That certain final map qf Clinton Oaks Condominiums in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & ! Associates for Thomas M. Curran ~nd Louise V. Curran, owners of record of said condominiums, ~eretofore determined by the , I Director of Public Works as b~ing in conformity with the tentative map for these condominiu~s, is approved, subject to the following conditions: (b) (a) That, before the releaSl' of said final map by City for recordation, the own rs or subdividers of said condominiums shall ent r into and execute that certain proposed agreem nt on file in the office of the City Clerk, entiitled "Agreement for the Improvements of Clin on Oaks Condominiums," wherein the owners or subdividers, in consideration of the ap roval of said map by the Ci ty, shall agree to c nstruct and complete, in the time specified n said agreement, all improvements required of owners under the provisions of Chapter 3 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being t e subdivision regulations of said City, and uch other improvements designated or mentioned n said agreement.
