<br />StvC : s h 4 / 1 7 / 85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 867 <br /> <br />APR 2 2 1985 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS OF PARCEL MAP 85-2 SUBDIVISION; AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION (MID PENINSULA PLAZA) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for Mid <br /> <br />Peninsula Plaza" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />"Redwood City Standard Specifications, August, 1974," which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which improvements of Parcel Map 85-2 <br /> <br />Subdivision shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />2. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Mid Peninsula Plaza Associates, entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for the Improvements of Parcel Map 85-2 (Mid Peninsula <br /> <br />Plaza)" a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9867 <br />
