<br />DCB:sh 6/19/85 <br /> <br />JUL 1 <br /> <br />1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9921 <br /> <br />ORIGJ NAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES CENTER <br />COVERED MATERIAL STORAGE BINS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9883 adopted May 20, <br /> <br />1985, the City Clerk called for bids for the construction of <br /> <br />Covered Material Storage Bins at the Municipal Services Center. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for the <br /> <br />performance of said construction and filed with the City Clerk; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Raiser Construction Company, Inc., San Mateo, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> <br />intention and desire of this Council to award bid to said Raiser <br /> <br />Construction Company, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Raiser Construction Company, Inc. in the sum <br /> <br />of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four and <br /> <br />00/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($138,684.00) , <br /> <br />computed in accordance with <br /> <br />bidder's proposal dated June 13, 1985, for the construction of <br /> <br />Covered Material Storage Bins at the Municipal Services Center is <br /> <br />hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to <br /> <br />be the lowest bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement," by and between the City <br /> <br />9921 <br />
